Sales Force Automation (SFA) Analyst Location: Italy (Hybrid / Local Market Based) We are looking for a proactive and delivery-oriented Sales Force Automation (SFA) Analyst to join our commercial technology team. This role will actively support multi-country SFA rollout projects, working closely with global and local business stakeholders to ensure smooth deployment, adoption, and stabilization of SFA solutions. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field Minimum 3 years of experience in SFA, CRM, or commercial IT solutions (FMCG experience is a strong plus) Hands-on experience supporting or delivering rollout projects across multiple countries or business units Strong understanding of field sales processes (route planning, visit execution, orders, promotions, KPIs) Experience working with vendors and global IT teams Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-cultural, and matrix organization Proficiency in English (written & verbal) ; local language is a plus Responsibilities: Actively support SFA rollout activities across Italy, Spain and Portugal Gather, clarify, and document business requirements from local sales teams Support configuration, testing (UAT), and deployment of SFA functionalities Coordinate with global product teams, implementation partners, and local IT Support data validation, master data readiness, and migration activities Assist with user training materials, rollout communications, and go-live support Provide post go-live support during hypercare and stabilization phases Track issues, risks, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution and escalation Ensure alignment with global SFA standards while addressing local market needs iSoftStone is a global IT service and consulting company that creates value an
