You’ll be the face of our company, reporting directly to the Regional Operations Manager, with the goal of ensuring an outstanding level of customer service, maintaining our fleet of campervans in top condition, and taking ownership of all issues that need to be managed to guarantee smooth operation of the depot. /ph3What Will You Work On? /h3ulliHandle incoming reservations, welcoming guests and taking care of check-ins and check-outs; /liliTake care of the fleet, logistics, and ensure campervans are maintained in top condition by monitoring maintenance and repair needs; /liliAssist in training, supervising, and coaching your team; /liliBooking activities control, manage stock, local suppliers and cleaning services; /liliHandle complaints, emergencies, and any local issues that may arise to ensure operations run smoothly; /liliPreparing and cleaning our campervans; /liliAssisting in reselling campervans, preparing and showing them to prospective buyers. /li /ulh3Who Are We Looking For? /h3ulliYou are a travel enthusiast with an aptitude for direct contact with customers, with experience in Tourism, Hospitality, Retail or Rent-a-car being desirable; /liliYou’re fluent in Italian and English (mandatory); /liliYou’re eligible to work in Italy, have a valid driver's licence and feel confident enough to drive a campervan (mandatory); /liliYou’re available to work weekends and national holidays; /liliYou’re a responsible person who takes their work seriously and can be relied upon; /liliYou’re well-organised and you’re good at solving problems. /li /ulh3Opening Details /h3ulliProjected start date is March 2026. /liliSeasonal contract until November 2026. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
