The role involves operational presence, liaison activities, and emergency coordination in alignment with national protocols and Olympic security standards.\nKey Responsibilities\n\nEnsure operational presence within the Prefecture’s coordination room, following scheduled shifts based on Olympic event requirements.\nAct as direct liaison with private security teams deployed at Olympic venues, facilitating timely and accurate information exchange.\nMonitor communications between public authorities (law enforcement, civil protection, fire services) and private security entities.\nManage incoming reports from Olympic sites, assess relevance, and elevate to appropriate public bodies.\nSupport operational planning and contribute to the refinement of joint intervention protocols.\nParticipate in daily briefings with public and private security coordinators.\nPrepare periodic reports summarizing coordination activities and identifying risks or inefficiencies.\nVerify compliance between private security measures and Prefecture-issued directives.\nCoordinate emergency responses, activating rapid communication channels in case of critical incidents.\nEnsure confidentiality and compliance with applicable laws on security, privacy, and data protection.\n\nProven experience in the field of security coordination, preferably in large-scale or high-profile events.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise across multiple stakeholders.\nStrong capacity to manage emergency situations and respond under pressure.\nFamiliarity with public-private security frameworks and national safety protocols.\nHigh level of discretion and commitment to confidentiality.\nAvailability for shift-based work and presence on site during Olympic operations.\n\nFondazione Milano Cortina 2026 is committed in building an inclusive and diversified working environment, striving to guarantee equal opportunities for all workers (L.903/77) and promote the integration into its workforce of persons with disabilities (L.68/99).\n
