Rome, Italy Job Description REFERRAL 2 Activities: Configuration and maintenance of game tags and attributes to support content customization and the proper functioning of the recommendation engine. Collaboration with the Martech team to implement A/B tests on layouts, game/container visibility, sorting logic, and dynamic segmentation criteria. Operational management of gaming lobby content via AEM, with frequent updates aligned with the product roadmap. Optimization of exposure logic to increase CTR, game launches, and lobby usability. Verification of correct game categorization and semantic consistency of labels/tags. Continuous monitoring of published content and proposing improvements for showcase organization. Support in collecting and integrating data to define exposure priorities, in collaboration with analytics, sales, and operations teams. Requirements: Previous experience with CMS tools in complex digital environments, preferably in gaming or e-commerce; knowledge of Adobe AEM is a plus. Knowledge of tagging dynamics, segmentation, and recommendation engines. Ability to work towards performance objectives (visibility, CTR, conversion).
