The Role
The candidate, reporting to the Credit Manager and coordinating a team of 13 resources, will be a key point of reference for all credit management issues related to assigned clients.
Specifically, the responsibilities include:
1. Managing credit management activities and customer accounting;
2. Authorizing orders subject to credit approval;
3. Verifying customer exposure in line with company policies;
4. Monitoring deadlines and conducting recovery and prevention activities;
5. Preparing and managing periodic aging reports and other internal and external reports according to procedures and guidelines;
6. Managing insolvency situations by defining repayment plans and related supplies;
7. Supporting month-end and year-end closing activities;
8. Maintaining relationships and collaborating with various company stakeholders.
Required Skills and Experience
* Solid experience in credit management activities;
* Proficiency in general accounting;
* Knowledge of the technical peculiarities of the GDO sector;
* Team management skills, team building abilities, and strong interpersonal skills.
