Key Responsibilities
Oversee the proper execution of engineering works, ensuring technical, qualitative, and quantitative compliance, while coordinating with internal and external parties to guarantee smooth flow of materials and resources.
Define project requirements and translate them into engineering documents such as P&IDs, layouts, and data sheets.
Evaluate technical proposals and assist in the financial breakdown to support the Purchasing department during negotiations.
Develop and monitor project timelines (GANTT), ensuring deadlines are met in accordance with quality standards.
Ensure full compliance with Safety and Quality standards, in collaboration with HSE and QA departments.
Maintain clear and continuous communication with all site functions involved in the projects, organizing regular alignment meetings.
Work with the User Area to identify and coordinate external suppliers and engineering partners for field activities.
Supervise commissioning and qualification activities for new systems and equipment.
Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for a passionate and driven professional with a degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering, and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in process industries, pharmaceutical/chemical sectors, or closely related fields.
The ideal candidate will have:
Strong technical background with excellent organizational and communication skills;
Proven experience in project management, including contract handling and operational coordination;
Demonstrated leadership abilities in managing external resources (contractors, engineering firms);
Good knowledge of AutoCAD;
Fluency in English, both written and spoken;
Strong interpersonal skills, autonomy, a proactive mindset, and a hands-on problem-solving approach.
