On their behalf, we are currently looking for a bMaintenance and Facility Manager /b. /ph3Overview /h3pLocation: Monterotondo, Latium, Italy. /ppThe Maintenance and Facility Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating all maintenance and facilities activities to ensure the optimal performance, safety, and reliability of production assets and infrastructure. The role includes developing maintenance strategies, supervising technical teams, managing budgets and relationships with service providers, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliLead and coordinate all maintenance and facilities activities to ensure optimal performance, safety, and reliability of production assets and infrastructure; /liliOversee both reactive and preventive maintenance for process equipment, packaging systems, utilities (including steam and ammonia-based refrigeration systems), and facility infrastructure; /liliDevelop and implement maintenance strategies and capital improvement plans for equipment and building systems; /liliSupervise and develop maintenance teams, managing scheduling, training, performance, and workload distribution; /liliEnsure full compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards across all maintenance and facilities operations; /liliMonitor equipment performance and facility conditions, analyzing downtime and implementing continuous improvement actions; /liliOversee service contracts and manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and consultants for technical services and facilities support; /liliManage the maintenance and facilities budget, spare parts inventory, and procurement planning; /liliCoordinate with other departments (Production, Quality, HSE, Engineering) to ensure alignment of technical and operational priorities; /liliParticipate in and support site-wide safety initiatives and audits, contributing to a culture of safety and excellence; /liliPrepare and maintain documentation, KPIs, and regular reports to senior management. /li /ulh3Required Qualifications and Skills /h3ulliBachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field); /liliAt least 5 years of experience in maintenance and/or facilities management within a structured manufacturing environment – food or process industry experience preferred; /liliStrong knowledge of utilities systems, facility operations, and building maintenance; /liliProven ability to lead technical teams and manage cross-functional collaboration; /liliStrong organizational, analytical, and communication skills; /liliProficiency in maintenance planning tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, MS Project, etc.); /liliFluent in English (written and spoken); /liliKnowledge of applicable safety, environmental, and building regulations; /liliHands-on, proactive, and results-oriented approach. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
