Key Responsibilities

- Drive Performance: Set, monitor, and optimize operational targets in line with market performance goals.
- Manage Shrink & Loss: Establish and refine merchandise shrinkage targets to achieve effective loss control.
- Lead New Store Openings: Coordinate cross-functional tasks to ensure smooth and timely new store launches.
- Ensure Operational Excellence: Oversee the implementation of all store standards to maintain consistent brand and operational quality.
- Lead & Develop Teams: Manage store staffing, oversee talent development, and build strong, high-performing teams.
- Optimize Labor Costs: Develop and implement plans to manage and improve labor cost efficiency.
Qualifications\n
- 5+ years of retail operations or related management experience.
- Strong passion for retail, with a results-oriented mindset and exceptional execution.
- Solid analytical skills with the ability to diagnose store operations and solve problems effectively.
- Proven leadership and team management experience.
- Strong market awareness and ability to respond quickly to industry changes.
- Independent data analysis skills, with strong learning agility and adaptability.
