Role Overview
Technical Sales Engineer
This role involves staying up-to-date with new product launches and supporting sales engagement programs. Key responsibilities include developing new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and providing product information.
Responsibilities:
1. Stay current on new product releases to support sales initiatives.
2. Develop strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the industry.
3. Collaborate with various departments within clients' organizations to provide expert knowledge and insights.
4. Deliver product presentations, training sessions, and market research findings to drive business growth.
5. Support marketing efforts by monitoring market trends and gathering customer feedback.
6. Participate in promotional activities and trade shows to represent the organization.
Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (business, engineering, or related field).
2. 5-10 years of experience in sales, marketing, or R&D.
3. In-depth knowledge of Light Commercial reciprocating compressor products and applications.
4. Excellent communication skills in English and at least one European language.
5. Motivated, self-sufficient individual capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
6. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, including weekends.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
8. Prior experience working with major Light Commercial Agents, OBMs, and OEMs is advantageous.
9. Demonstrated proficiency in Chinese language is a plus but not required.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and demonstrate adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
