Design, Engineer & Test service solutions for MW IP Backhaul & Access considering network evolution and future‐proofness across the European Region including preparing LLD and laboratory testing.Introduce service performance dimensioning and KPI guidelines for access and backhauling and track service performance KPIs.Define QoS objectives and parameterization in MW IP Access and Backhaul as part of a harmonised end‐to‐end QoS concept.Optimise service performance through E2E alignment of Transmission and Transport design and best practices.Assess security compliance of MW IP Access & Backhaul networks across the European Region and recommend improvement plans.Drive the introduction of SDN/Automation in relevant network segments.

Must‐have Technical / Professional Qualifications
University degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering; MSc in Telecommunications preferredMinimum 5 years of professional experience in the telecom industryProfessional certifications (e.g. CCNP, CCIE) are an advantage
