The Baker Hughes Internship is designed for students pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree or recent graduates. It offers hands‐on experience in a global energy company, focusing on process, systems, and technology that meet customer needs. Interns participate in focused training, team meetings, project work, and presentations. They are supported by a buddy and manager, receive coaching and mentoring, and become familiar with our Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E) standards and our commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion. Responsibilities Complete internal projects to deliver customer outcomes and identify business improvements. Learn and use internal software to assist with project tasks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and fellow interns, networking with global business leaders. Apply HS&E standards and procedures to ensure compliance. Assist with day‐to‐day manufacturing operations: monitoring equipment, overseeing processes, and ensuring production goals are met. Participate in quality control and quality assurance processes, inspecting products for defects and verifying they meet industry standards and company specifications. Identify opportunities for process optimization, efficiency improvements, and cost reduction in manufacturing operations. Collect and analyze data related to manufacturing processes, equipment performance, and product quality. Apply lean manufacturing principles to minimize waste, improve efficiency, and enhance productivity. Prepare reports, work instructions, and process documentation to ensure consistency and adherence to best practices. Qualifications Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's program in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain (HSE, Quality, Manufacturing), or Logistics. Maintained a GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale (or the equivalent in your country). Fluent in oral and written English with effective communication skills. Legally eligible to work in the country of application without company sponsorship or time restriction. Benefits Fixed allowance: 600 € gross monthly – if exams not completed and distance 700 € gross monthly – if exams not completed and distance ≥ 50 km. 900 € gross monthly – if exams completed or graduated and distance 1,000 € gross monthly – if exams completed or graduated and distance ≥ 50 km.
