PFor our Boutique in Roma we are looking for a passionate Client Advisor /ppShe / he will have to provide customers with high quality service by meeting their needs and expectations as well as to spread the philosophy and the culture of the Brand. /ppbKey Responsibilities : /b /ppProvide exceptional customer service experience by assisting customers in exceeding their needs, demonstrating an excellent knowledge of the products as well as of Etro history and heritage /ppbAssist customers accordingly with Etro selling ceremony /b /ppDiscuss with clients and give advice on general trends in fashion world and developments in luxury market, showing passion for fashion and luxury products /ppEnsure the achievement of the Store goals, enhancing and developing the business /ppBuild and strengthen relationships with customers by developing CRM strategies /ppEstablish good group dynamics, through efficient communication /ppContribute to manage the visual display of the products in accordance with Etro visual guidelines /ppHelp ensuring the products replenishment and physical inventory of merchandise /ppFollow Company grooming, accordingly with Etro standards and policies /ppKey Requirements /ppDeep passion for fashion and luxury /ppbExperience in a similar role within fashion retail companies /b /ppAbility to drive and exceed individual and store results, as well as excellent commercial awareness and customers’ attitude /ppAbility to adapt to different customers /ppTeam-playing attitude /ppAbility to work in a dynamic environment /ppFluent in english.
