In this role, you will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing goods, coordinating transportation, and ensuring accurate system processes within the warehouse. You will also monitor performance indicators, identify improvement opportunities, and support the development of optimized, standardized material handling workflows.
This role is contributing to the Smart Power business in Frosinone plant.
This is fixed - term role for one year.
Managing incoming goods: quantity control, registration in our ERP system
Processing outgoing goods: picking based on a pick list, administrative handling, and preparing shipments for dispatch.
Aligning and coordinating various transports via transport portals and maintaining contact with carriers.
Update, Monitoring & Analyze Warehouse Indicators to develop action plans by RCA looking for process improvement, wastes reduction, work balance & get a better service level
Contribute with team to defining standardized material handling flow
Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
You possess knowledge or you are interested in Lean Manufacturing, Pull systems, and Kanban logistics, and enjoy learning about the manufacturing and supply chain environment
You have initial experience or academic exposure to industrial operations, logistics, or supply chain processes (e.g., through internships, projects, or coursework)
You have a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and basic familiarity with Power BI
