Adecco Italia SpA is looking for an important pharmaceutical company an:EXTERNAL MANUFACTURING MATERIALS MANAGEMENT (fully remote position)The ExM Materials Management role is responsible for the Supply Chain Execution activities within External Manufacturing Operations, primarily supporting the Focus Factory Team with material movement transactions, logistics activities and inventory management support. Primary activities/responsibilities: Material Movement & Logistics Support execution:o Goods Issue/Receipt for inbound and/or outbound materialso Arrange / Confirm/ Track Shipment & documentationo Import/Exporto Cold Chain Management o Duty Drawbacks o Manage and resolve issues/delays with shipmento Manage shipments of samples Inventory Management Supporto Physical inventory cycle count participation, where applicableo Inventory Reconciliation and Inventory of Questionable Value preparation Additional expectationso Performs activities in an accurate and timely manner to drive Delivery performanceo Executes processes in a manner that proactively identifies, mitigates, manages and prevents supply issues.o If an issue occurs, supports root cause evaluation and continuous improvement Education Minimum Requirement: BA/BS Degree or equivalent. Advanced degree highly desirableRequired Experience and Skills**: Minimum 2 years experience in commercial/business and/or manufacturing/ operations. Must possess excellent interpersonal, communication and collaboration. Must posses the ability to work independently with minimal coaching. Preferred Experience and Skills: Experience in multiple business areas is preferred - operations, supply chain, procurement. Supply chain management experience including functional knowledge of ERP systems (SAP strongly preferred).Fluent English is mandatory. Knowledge of other languages is preferential.We offer a 12 months fixed term contract with Adecco. Salary will be commensurate with the candidate's experience in the role. Start date: 4 May 2026.
