We are looking for individuals who share our values and vision, just as much as you’re seeking a company that aligns with your aspirations. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliSupervise the production activities in the site and ensure the activities are performed in a safe and healthy way. /liliEnsure the production team, both own employees and subcontractors, perform their activities considering safety and health as the highest priority. /liliMotivate people to report unsafe/unhealthy behaviour/issues. /liliEnsure exploitation according to the rules as set in the permits and develop a yearly workplan to be approved by the local authorities. /liliControl activities are performed within the predefined budget and alert the sales team on time when problems arise. /liliSupervise the Production activities in the Site according to the Operational Excellence principles. /liliMotivate people to strive for continuous improvement. /liliEnsure activities are performed according to the production schedule. /liliCollaborate with the production scheduler and, if needed, with the production manager/operations manager when problems arise and/or the production schedule cannot be met. /liliStrive to the optimal balance between customer demands and specifications in relation to quality, quantity, efficiency and cost. /liliMotivate and evaluate the team members to enhance team collaboration and support their individual development and growth. /liliEnsure compliance with waste management regulations, including the management of digital FIRs, as well as ensuring that stock management aligns with the existing authorization. /li /ulh3Technical Capabilities /h3ulliIndustry knowledge: Practical understanding of industrial mineral industry. /liliProduct Market Knowledge: Broad breadth and depth knowledge of Sibelco processes, products and markets. /liliSafety: Knowledge of Sibelco's safety regulations and ensures activities are in compliance with those regulations. /li /ulh3People Skills /h3ulliEfficient and clear communication – Able to motivate the team. /liliOpen minded – Team player. /liliPro‑active – Able to work independently – Leadership. /liliSelf‑motivated. /li /ulh3Language Requirements /h3pEnglish – proficient verbal writing.
