We are looking for a
commercially driven
Country Manager
to develop and implement sales and business strategy for the Country and coordinate the overall corporate strategy with local operations.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Board on strategic initiatives Manage marketing and sales strategies, increasing brand recognition, loyalty and awareness. Position the company as the Company of choice and undisputed market leader in the market. Maintain relationships with customers, retailers and suppliers. Review and evaluate competitors Create and implement effective business plans Develop effective action plans and respond to emergencies in a timely and effective manner Develop opportunities for expansion of business Develop trade marketing plans Develop team by recruiting training and motivating people Manage budgets Manage projects
Key Qualifications:
10+ years of experience as Commercial Director in professional services Proven track record of leading a country or regional P&L in a B2B and B2B2C environment Strong commercial acumen with a demonstrated ability to grow revenue and build lasting client partnerships Exceptional leadership skills — experience recruiting, mentoring, and retaining senior talent Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Italian and English Entrepreneurial mindset: you move fast, make decisions with imperfect information, and take full ownership of outcomes.
