Our culture is built on trust, creativity, and teamwork — because we believe that the best ideas emerge when people feel empowered to share and grow.br/Technology and expertise are the foundations of our success — but it’s our team spirit and the way we value one another that truly set us apart. /ph3What you move with us /h3ulliShape the mobility market by driving new business opportunities and building strong customer relationships /liliWork on sales business plans with Sales Management, sales strategies and for assigned customer segment /liliCompile and analyse data and competitors to report feedback on market trends to Product Management /liliWork collaboratively with the team evaluating sales opportunities, understand customers’ goals and create adequate product and solution offerings /liliParticipate actively on fairs, summits and congresses, build up personal networks in order to set discover meetings with new qualified prospects /liliGenerate actively leads (SQL) from inbound/outbound activities, identify and work on sales opportunities to transform them into orders /liliPresenting and demonstrating the value of Umovity’s products, solutions and services to prospective buyers /liliNegotiate with customers, sell PTV solutions and services, manage pitches and close new business /liliAdministrate accounts, contacts and quotes, and monitor sales opportunities within CRM, create transparent sales pipeline /li /ulh3What you bring to the team /h3ulliStrong passion for mobility and transportation, with a clear motivation to contribute to its future development /liliSuccessfully obtained an university degree in Transportation Engineering, Business Administration / Sales or equivalent education /lili3+ years of relevant work experience in the above-mentioned areas of responsibilities /liliProven track record in software sales /liliHigh interest and/or experience in the segment of Mobility /liliSales Fundamentals and Relationship Building /liliOrganised and process-oriented, pipeline management strongly CRM based /liliAvailability to travel in Italy /li /ulh3What’s waiting for you /h3ulliOpportunity to perform in a highly professional sales team in a growing international market. /liliCompetitive compensation package including performance-based incentives. /liliSupportive environment fostering professional growth and continuous learning. /liliMeal vouchers /liliMobile sim /liliTeam events /liliand a lot more /li /ulh3What else you should know /h3ulliCompany: SISTeMA S.r.l. /liliLocation: IT, Rome /liliType of contract: Permanent employment contract with 40.0 hours/week /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
