The role includes the roll‑out of global business solutions and the implementation of global templates on a local site. /p h3In this role you will /h3 h3IT Applications /h3 ul liCollaborate with global partners to build and maintain the IT infrastructure (switches, AP’s, cabling, servers, data centres). /li liEnsure smooth operation processes and tech refresh of printers, PCs, and mobile phones. /li liCollaborate to deliver a Tech Roadmap for the site and drive site/business requirements into central planning through liaison with Tech Product Teams and Strategy/Portfolio leads. /li liImplement Tech strategies at the site(s) – operating model, strategic controls, governance, and plans to move to strategic standards. /li liEngage with the site tiered accountability process and participate in Tech Performance Management processes; serve as the site point of contact for Tech requests and escalations. /li liSupport the deployment of global applications (SAP, Documentum, Veeva, Labware, MES, Azure). /li liCollaborate with global business partners to set project priorities and roll out global applications locally. /li liDevelop the site’s application continuity and support model. /li liImplement and execute a continuous improvement programme. /li liImplement and execute a technology roadmap and a Digital data and Analytics agenda. /li liPromote GSK’s paperless solutions suite, apps, and dashboards. /li /ul h3IT Risk Compliance /h3 ul liAddress IT risks (Business Continuity Planning, IT security, confidential data management, etc.). /li liEnsure all local IT activities are carried out in compliance with global IT standards and procedures. /li liProvide audit support. /li liManage external resources. /li liReports to the Senior Mgr.
