Localisation Project Manager Intern
We are looking for a Localisation Project Manager Intern. We are seeking a Project Manager Intern who will support our PjM team in managing translation projects and work with translators for our top clients in the digital space. We are offering an internship role for the duration of 6 months, in our offices in Rome.
Key Responsibilities
Creating and managing projects for all service types based on agreed‑upon processes, ensuring they are delivered on time, with the expected level of quality, and within budget.
Providing support to clients and linguists on a project‑level, addressing questions, concerns, and ensuring smooth project execution.
Ensuring that clients are satisfied with the quality of service, including OTD and the quality of deliverables for their service offerings.
Requirements
Degree in Linguistics, Translation Studies, Language Studies, or a related field is preferred.
Understanding of the translation and localization dynamics.
Familiarity with CAT (Computer‑Assisted Translation) tools and other translation software.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly to new challenges.
Excellent knowledge of English, both spoken and written. Knowledge of a second language is a plus.
Excellent computer and web skills required with a particular focus on G‑suite and Google sheets.
