The person we are looking for will be inserted into the Customer Service team as a Customer Service Specialist at our Global Headquarters in Piombino Dese, PD, Italy. The candidate will initially focus on our French/English speaking clients with the opportunity to support others based on linguistic skills.
Responsibilities include:
* Managing sales order fulfillment, tracking related documents, commercial offers, and contracts.
* Overseeing the operational process of sales orders.
* Supporting customer relationships from headquarters (contracts, reports, meeting minutes, follow-ups).
* Organizing visits and audits at the headquarters.
* Supporting sales forecast management for assigned areas.
* Collaborating with Account Managers to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
* BA Degree in Modern Languages, Foreign Trading, or Economics.
* 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
* Fluent in English; French fluency is a plus.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
