Support updating databases and internal management systems with client, contract, and invoice information.Assist in verifying absenteeism, holidays, permissions, and sickness.Ensure correct application of contractual and fiscal regulations.Control and manage expense notes and reimbursements for temporary workers.
Qualifications
Strong motivation and sensitivity to HR and organizational issues.Relational skills and ability to communicate at different levels.Result orientation and proactiveness.Teamwork ability.Initial 6‐month paid extracurricular stage.
