Compliance Assistant - Based in EU
MFR CR is looking for a Compliance Assistant to join its dynamic and international team based in Milan. Flexible working arrangements within the EU may also be considered.
In this role, you will support MFR CR on regulatory compliance matters. Your responsibilities will include monitoring and managing compliance risks, liaising with regulators, and providing internal guidance and training. Tasks And Responsibilities:
* Working closely with the Compliance Officer and other colleagues, the Compliance Assistant will be responsible for:
* Ensuring compliance with laws, rules, and regulations applicable to MFR CR and the group, and promoting internal compliance culture.
* Understanding existing and new relevant sector regulations and initiatives.
* Interacting with regulators (e.g., attending meetings, managing documentation, drafting responses to regulatory requests), as well as with other external stakeholders (e.g., trade associations).
* Preparing, implementing, and periodically reviewing internal policies and procedures.
* Preparing training materials and advising staff on compliance matters.
* Monitoring and identifying potential conflicts of interests or incompliances, defining remedial actions, escalation schemes to appropriate stakeholders, and reporting (including written reports) to the Board of Directors and other internal communications.
