Ph3Overview /h3pIn this role, you will coordinate group-level governance for ILIP UIS assets and oversee asset-manager relationships across the Group. You will work with local investment teams, asset managers, and Group Life to ensure consistent governance and a customer-focused product design. You will translate market and allocation trends into oversight priorities, Value-for-Money assessments, and governance considerations. The role offers the opportunity to shape cost transparency, renegotiation, and alignment with the product value proposition in a large, matrixed environment. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliSupport and interface with the Asset Manager Relationship Team for the ILIP portfolio and related processes; act as the primary ILIP point of contact for Group business units on due diligence matters /liliRun the ongoing Asset Manager Oversight Governance framework for ILIP-related assets /liliLead fee monitoring, cost transparency and economic optimization for ILIP UIS components: track fee evolution, identify anomalies, and trigger corrective actions with stakeholders /liliConduct Group-level monitoring of consolidated UIS performance and costs /liliContribute to client-centric product governance by ensuring UIS remains financially sound and aligned with value proposition and customer protection expectations, including Value-for-Money principles /liliMonitor market and asset allocation trends affecting ILIP investment solutions and translate insights into governance considerations and oversight priorities /liliSupport optimization of ILIP-related investment agreements with Group-affiliated and external Asset Managers to maximize synergies and efficiency in coordination with relevant functions /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliMaster's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field /lili10+ years of experience in asset management, insurance investments, wealth/UL product investment support, or investment governance /liliExperience in ongoing asset manager oversight (due diligence, cost assessment, fee benchmarking) /liliStrong knowledge of Value-for-Money criteria and KPI design/monitoring /liliUnderstanding of regulatory environment affecting ILIP structures and disclosures (Solvency II, PRIIPs, sustainability disclosures) /liliSensitivity to customer protection and product governance expectations /liliKnowledge of sustainability framework in financial services (ESG) is a plus /liliExperience with investment data and research platforms such as Morningstar Direct, MercerInsight, Bloomberg Terminal /liliAdvanced Excel and strong PowerPoint; experience with Power BI/Tableau for dashboards and KPI reporting (SQL/Python a plus) /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
