This Position reports to: Planning & Fulfillment Manager
Your Role and Responsibilities
You will support the development of the planning and fulfillment-related processes, skills, and tools. You will support performance improvement, including customer on-time delivery and lead time, ensuring adherence to inventory targets and supply plan optimization.
Key Duties
* Executing daily, plant-level Materials Requirement Planning (MRP) to create and manage production requirements to meet the production delivery schedules. Monitoring schedule adherence, identifying key root causes for deviation, and taking follow-up improvement action.
* Supporting Planning & Fulfillment team in aligning material availability to production targets, being responsible for stock profile and segmenting the portfolio of materials through an ABC/XYZ analysis, product lifecycle management, and defining inventory policies according to this segmentation.
* Collaborating with Buyers for obtaining the best possible supplier performance in terms of supplier on-time delivery, MOQ, quality, lead time, and flexibility.
* Supporting organization in reaching inventory targets and ensuring adequate replenishment of inventory through purchase orders. Managing MRP exception messages on a daily basis; supporting cycle counting and/or year-end inventory counting.
Qualifications for the Role
* Degree in Management Engineering or Mechanical Engineering;
* Knowledge of SAP;
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly on Microsoft Excel) and data analysis tools (Power BI or similar are considered a plus);
* Ownership, problem solving attitude and proactive approach;
* Teamwork attitude, good communication skills and courage complete the profile.
