Your Mission should you choose to accept it…

You, as our new Marketing and Activations coordinator, will activate and drive the T he Social Hub brand and experience in the Italian market. You'll actively manage the (social) channels to create true community engagement. This comes easy for you since you're known to be super creative with an entrepreneurial mindset. Together with the rest of your superstar- team in Rome, Florence and B ologna, as well as the guidance of our e xperts working in the global Hub in Ams t erdam, you'll create and roll-out th e local marketing & communications plan and turn our Italian region into an instant success!

What You’ll Do
* You’ll c reate the marketing plan and execute through multiple marketing & communication channels like PR, brand partnerships & influencer activations, social media, offline marketing and/or events.
* You’ll manage and execute F&B Marketing plan via different online and offline channels
* You’ll drive c reation, localization and quality control of brand (marketing) assets and global TSH brand campaigns.
* You’ll o wn and maintain local content on TSH.com and ensure accuracy and consistency across all distribution channels and third-party platforms.
* You’ll a nalyse and deliver Market insights & intelligence.
* You’ll m anage the local social media channels and create community newsletter.
* You’ll m anage the local marketing budgets.
* You’ll p ro-actively connect with our (online) Community & build direct relations with interesting external parties.
* You’ll m anage media/press and influencer relationships.
* You’re r esponsible for local content.
Who You Are
* You d emonstrate excellent problem analysis skills and decision making.
* 4-5 years of experience in marketing role
* You have b ackground in Hospitality, Lifestyle Brands, Hotel Management, or the Travel industry
* Demonstrated success in marketing to different audiences and understanding of regional cultural nuances
* You have experience with social media\
* You a re result driven !
* You a re proactive, hands-on mentality, drive and ambition to grow with the organization.
* You h ave experience in a similar marketing & communications role.
* You h ave a commercial mindset.
* You are creative and eager to build and maintain relationships with our partners.
* You’re Fluent in Itali an, French and English (written and spoken), other languages are a bonus
