Grow and mentor an engineering team, fostering ownership, collaboration, and continuous learning.Act as a technical role model and trusted decision‐maker.Work closely with senior engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to solve complex problems with scalable solutions.Drive delivery excellence with a strong focus on real business impact.Promote modern software development best practices, clean architecture, and agile methodologies.Encourage pragmatic decision‐making with a "solution first" approach.Help push our AI‐first culture forward - we already use AI extensively, and you'll help shape what's next.Ensure AI is thoughtfully embedded into workflows, features, and engineering practices.Continuously assess team performance, processes, and delivery, using feedback and data to improve how we work.
What You Bring:
Proven leadership experience leading engineering teams in fast‐paced, product‐driven environments.Strong backend expertise, especially with PHP (Symfony).Frontend awareness, with practical experience or solid understanding of Vue.js, jQuery, or similar frameworks.Data fluency, across both relational and non‐relational databases.Architectural strength, including design patterns, scalability, and maintainability.DevOps mindset, with experience in CI/CD pipelines and modern delivery practices.AI mindset — curious, experimental, and eager to leverage AI to build better products and teams. xrdztoy A people‐first attitude, with genuine passion for coaching, feedback, and team growth.
