Responsibilities
* Study and analyze the client’s characteristics, added value and macro‐objectives, translating these into a project that meets gathered requirements.
* Coordinate project development by planning and organizing resource activities, ensuring time, cost, quality and requirement constraints are met and that project documentation is properly produced.
Qualifications
* Degree with IT experience and at least 5 years in a similar role.
* Experience in gathering IT/business requirements and producing functional analysis documents, even on complex projects.
* Experience designing complex systems and interfacing with software development teams.
* Project management experience from planning to client hand‑over, including analysis, design, and testing, alongside resource coordination.
* Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies such as UML.
* Strong client relationship management, teamwork, stakeholder interaction, communication, listening and problem‑solving skills.
Desired Skills
* Project Management certificates.
* SQL language knowledge.
* Java/PHP programming experience.
* Client support and assistance experience.
Location & Employment
* Office: Calabria - Catanzaro (hybrid).
* Working hours: full‑time.
* Hiring model: direct entry into the company. Salary and position will be commensurate with experience and technical skills.
