We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Service Delivery Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service support in Turin and Milan, Italy, working closely with our service team to coordinate activities, manage administrative tasks, and ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the service team in day-to-day operations of the service department
* Assist with scheduling service appointments and dispatching technicians
* Prepare and process service orders, reports, and other administrative documents
* Help manage parts requests and job completion tracking
* Maintain accurate service records and data entry
* Ensure smooth coordination between technicians, parts, and front office staff
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related technical field
* 1–3 years of experience in a service, administrative, or customer support role
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
* Proficient with Microsoft Office and service management software (training available)
* A proactive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment
* Basic understanding of technical services or repair work (preferred, but not required)
* Fluency in Chinese, Italian, and English (spoken and written)
