Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Inbound Business Development Representative to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will manage the inbound sales cycle, qualify leads, and build strong relationships with potential clients. You will collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate will have:

* 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales and/or commercial roles.
* Experience in international markets is a plus.
* Experience working in multicultural companies is highly desirable.

As an Inbound Business Development Representative, you will:

* Manage the full inbound sales cycle from lead qualification to close.
* Develop and maintain relationships with prospects, both nationally and internationally.
* Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to optimize the customer journey.
* Report directly to the Head of Sales and be an integral part of the Spoki sales team.
* Demonstrate a strategic and entrepreneurial mindset with a strong focus on achieving objectives.

Selection Process

Our selection process includes three steps to ensure the right fit for both you and Spoki:

1. Introductory Interview: An initial meeting to understand your background, experience, and career aspirations.
2. Technical Interview: A deeper discussion of your sales skills, techniques, and how you would handle specific scenarios.
3. Interview with the CEO: A final interview to align on Spoki’s vision, values, and your potential contribution to our success.


Salary Range

The salary range for this position is between €23,000 and €35,000 per year, including commissions, based on experience.
