A Cluster IT Trainee will support the IT Department in the day-to-day operations of IT systems across the hotels within the cluster, including business systems, office systems, computer networks, and telephony systems.

What will I be doing?
As a Cluster IT Trainee, you will assist the IT Team in ensuring the quality, reliability, and efficiency of IT services for both the hotels and their Guests. You will support daily activities and contribute to maintaining IT standards, under the supervision of the Cluster IT Manager.
Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
* Provide daily support for internal IT systems and users, helping minimize service interruptions
* Assist in troubleshooting hardware and software issues (PCs, printers, networks, telephony, etc.)
* Support basic installation and configuration of IT equipment and systems
* Help monitor IT systems performance and report anomalies to the Cluster IT Manager
* Record incidents and requests, ensuring proper follow-up and documentation
* Support periodic IT maintenance and routine checks
* Assist with inventory management of IT equipment and supplies
* Collaborate with other departments to support operational and Guest-related IT needs
* Participate in IT projects and upgrades across the cluster, gaining exposure to hotel technologies
