The role will provide support to various global, regional and local teams in the relevant operating and audit cycles. You’ll be part of a team that believes in doing work that matters — for people and the planet. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liProcess accurate and timely payroll for country remittance of data to bank through collaboration with finance, reward, global payroll equity teams (collate inputs, review, process and reconcile). /li liManage all exit computations from the business including voluntary and company initiated exits with oversight on timelines and process. /li liMonitor payroll processes to meet legal compliance, Code of Business Practice (COBP) and Global Financial Controls Framework (GFCF) requirements. /li liManage processing of statutory deductions and remittance of data to regulatory bodies for payments to institutions and employees. /li liInput to payroll systems against new reward cycle, new collective Bargaining agreement, Time and Attendance data/payment related calculations for payroll accuracy. /li liProcess statutory deductions report and remit to finance for pay‑outs (tax, life insurance, pension, co‑operatives, shares deduction, etc.). /li liPrepare monthly payroll Service Level Agreement reporting. /li liLead payroll projects and process improvement initiatives (collaboration with IT, Finance, etc.). /li liPrepare annual reports and manage end‑year processes (taxation, write‑off). /li liEnsure implementation of payroll transformation project, process change/improvement, adjustments, etc. /li liReward and payroll related communication (schedules, guidelines). /li liWork with the Reward Manager to deliver a successful reward cycle including engagement with the Global Equity team and deliver operational efficiency. /li liParticipate in Reward operational processes and provide input from a payroll compliance perspective. /li liEngage with business and internal and external stakeholders as required. /li liManage relationship with external regulatory bodies and external partners. /li liOwn controls and governance agenda in payroll space – audit performance and participation (internal and external). /li /ul h3Required Qualifications /h3 ul liUniversity Graduate. /li li5 years experience in managing payroll (preferably FMCG experience). /li liFluent in spoken and written English. /li liGood proficiency in HR Information Payroll Systems. /li liGood appreciation of the local pay and reward context. /li liGood understanding of in‑market Labor Law. /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liExperience in vendors management. /li liKnowledge of financial processes. /li liExperience in working with global organisations. /li /ul pAlways include your CV in English.
