Position
We are looking for an experiencedHR Recruiterspecializing inactive candidate search, preferably in thetechnical/engineering sector, with experience in international recruitment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Develop and implementrecruitment strategiesaligned with business needs
* Collaborate with management toidentify staffing needsand define ideal candidate profiles
* Conductactive sourcingthrough headhunting, social media, networking, and recruitment platforms
* Manage the entire recruitment process up to offer negotiation
* Organize and participate inrecruiting events, career fairs, and employer branding initiatives
* Trackrecruitment KPIs(time to hire, source of hire, etc.) and maintain an updated candidate database
Requirements
* 3+ years of experiencein recruitment, ideally in technical/engineering roles
* Strong expertise inactive sourcing and headhuntingtechniques
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
* Proficiency in ATS software and Microsoft Office Suite
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations or a related field (or equivalent experience)
* Fluency in English is required; proficiency in other languages is a plus
The position is based at our headquarters in Parma
