1. Gather and compile data from various internal systems (betting platform, CRM, marketing tools, etc.)
2. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across sources
3. Maintain and optimize dashboards and databases
4. Analyze player activity, betting behavior, and market trends
5. Develop regular and ad hoc reports for stakeholders across departments
6. Monitor KPIs related to customer acquisition, retention, product usage, and revenue
7. Segment users for targeting, personalization, and campaign optimization
8. Track and evaluate the effectiveness of promotions, bonuses, and marketing campaigns
9. Provide insights on sportsbook and casino product performance
10. Identify anomalies or potential fraud risks through pattern analysis
11. Translate complex data into clear business recommendations
12. Support decision-making with data-driven insights for product development, customer experience, and operations.
13. Collaborate with management to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
14. Develop predictive models for customer churn, lifetime value, and betting behavior
15. Perform A/B testing and other statistical analyses to evaluate business strategies
16. Work closely with marketing, finance, product, compliance, and customer support teams
17. Communicate findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders
18. Support regulatory reporting (e.g., AML, KYC behavior triggers)
19. Assist in responsible gambling profiling and player monitoring
CANDIDATE PROFILE
20. Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field
21. 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the online gaming/betting industry
22. Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
23. Experience with Python/R for data analysis is a plus
24. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities
25. Understanding of betting products (sportsbook, casino, live games) is highly desirable
