We are looking for a CRM & Web Specialist! The CRM & Web Specialist role is designed for young talents aiming to grow into well-rounded marketing professionals, combining digital, customer experience, and business knowledge. Reporting to the Mitas Marketing Director, the role supports core CRM, web, marketing and communication activities, working closely with cross-functional teams and contributing to multi-department projects. Throughout the program, the candidate will progressively develop expertise in CRM tools and customer engagement processes, supporting the business in improving the effectiveness of sales, customer service and marketing activities. Key responsibilities include facilitating the use of CRM systems, collaborating with Sales and IT to identify and solve technology-related issues, supporting user training and workshops, preparing and customizing marketing reports, identifying opportunities to improve CRM usage through automation, and participating in user testing and system upgrades to ensure business objectives are met. The role also includes supporting marketing and communication activities connected with loyalty programs, while building a strong foundation for long-term growth and development within the organization.
