We are a fast-growing scale-up with a global outlook and a clear mission: to disrupt the market through technological innovation. We are looking for an HR professional who doesn't just manage processes but actively builds our growth trajectory.

The Role

In this pivotal phase, your goal will be to attract and develop top-tier talent of the innovation field (Developers, Data Scientists, Engineers, etc..) within a highly competitive international landscape. You will be the architect of internal career paths, ensuring our culture of innovation is backed by cutting-edge training and welfare programs, while simultaneously monitoring our ESG impact and social commitments.

Key Responsibilities

1. High-Level Talent Acquisition (Technical Focus)

* Design and execute international recruitment strategies for highly qualified technical profiles.
* Leverage direct search and headhunting techniques to identify and engage top STEM talent globally.
* Evolve our Employer Branding to position us as a premier tech employer in the global market.

2. Growth & Career Pathing

* Define clear career trajectories (Technical vs. Managerial tracks) to ensure long-term talent retention.
* Orchestrate technical training and soft-skills programs to keep the team at the forefront of technological advancement.
* Implement a result-oriented Welfare & Performance Management system that promotes flexibility and accountability.

3. ESG Monitoring & Benefit Impact

* Oversee the monitoring of ESG KPIs, with a specific focus on human capital development, equity, and inclusion.
* Measure and report on our impact as a Società Benefit, ensuring that business scaling remains aligned with our corporate purpose of common benefit.

Requirements

* Experience: 3–6+ years in HR roles, ideally within tech scale-ups, innovative startups, or international environments.
* STEM Savvy: Deep understanding of the technical labor market and the ability to effectively engage with engineering and scientific profiles.
* Mindset: Data-driven, international outlook, and strategic vision.
* Languages: Full professional proficiency in English (essential for interacting with international candidates and stakeholders).
* ESG Knowledge: Familiarity with impact metrics and the legal framework of Benefit Corporations (Società Benefit/B-Corps).
