/p h3Your Challenge /h3 pAs bApplication Engineer – Motion Control /b, your mission will be to enable customers across Italy to design, validate and commission advanced motion applications, maximizing the value of our portfolio along the full lifecycle—from bdigital simulation /b to bon-site commissioning /b—and acting as a trusted technical partner for both customers and the sales organization.
/p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liProvide technical support; develop and test software solutions based on requirements and architectural/design specifications of Motion Control devices and automation systems.
/li liDeliver technical presentations and product trainings to customers and partners (classroom, on-site, remote).
/li liUnderstand customers' applications and translate needs into Motion Control specifications, architectures, and parameter sets.
/li liExecute parameterization, testing and commissioning at customer sites; perform digital simulation and validation of applications.
/li liCollaborate with the sales force to define the best technical solutions on Motion Control and support proposals.
/li liProvide After Sales technical support, troubleshooting and lessons-learned feedback to improve future applications.
/li /ul h3Medium–Long Term /h3 ul liApproach various branches of Motion Control applications (e.g., Metal-Forming, Packaging, Handling, Converting).
/li liExpand your application expertise toward complex automation systems and digitalization concepts, including software design and development.
/li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liPassion for design, development and installation of automatic machines.
/li liExperience with Motion Control techniques, PLC, and high-level languages (ST, C, C# is a plus).
/li liMaster's Degree in Automation Engineering or Mechatronics.
/li liAvailability to travel frequently at national level (and occasionally internationally).
/li liStrong goal and customer orientation, initiative and autonomy.
/li liA true team player with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining excellent customer service.
/li liExcellent communication skills to effectively engage internal and external stakeholders.
