Your Role
As a Legal Junior Associate in the M&A department, you'll be part of a dynamic team based in Milan, working on high-impact corporate matters, cross-border M&A transactions, and project contracts.
Key responsibilities include:
Assisting clients with acquisitions and general corporate matters
Drafting, negotiating, and finalizing corporate agreements and project contracts
Conducting due diligence and managing contracts
Collaborating with other departments at Green Horse Advisory
What We're Looking For
We are seeking a motivated recent law graduate or a candidate with up to one year of relevant experience, who meets the following criteria:
Academic Excellence: Law degree obtained in Italy, completed within 6 years with a final grade of 105/110 or higher
International Exposure: At least 6 months of experience abroad (academic or professional)
Language Skills: Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
Ambition & Tenacity: Driven to achieve, tackle challenges, and continuously improve
Precision: Detail-oriented, with a strong understanding that accuracy is crucial
Self-Reliance: Able to navigate new challenges confidently
Passion & Commitment: Enthusiastic about solving complex legal matters
