The candidate will be accountable for both BAU (daily support and operation maintenance activities) and for digital trasformation projects.
Position Summary:
As an IT Specialist, you will play a key technical role in ensuring the smooth, secure, and efficient operation of the company’s ICT infrastructure. You will actively manage systems, networks, cloud environments, and end-user services, contributing to the organization’s compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 27001 standards.
Responsibilities:
* Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud environments
* Ensure the security, efficiency, and reliability of hardware, software, and network systems
* Monitor systems performance and proactively identify areas for improvement
* Administer Microsoft 365 and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)
* Manage digital identities (Entra ID) and Mobile Device Management solutions (Intune)
* Perform regular data backups and support disaster recovery procedures
* Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
* Manage ICT infrastructure, digital identities, and end-user devices (laptops and mobile phones)
* Collaborate with external vendors and service providers for technical support and service delivery
* Support compliance activities related to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 27001
* Stay updated on cybersecurity best practices and data protection regulations
* Provide technical reporting and updates to the CISO regarding ongoing activities and projects
Study & Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
* In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, and cybersecurity best practices.
* Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 27001 standards.
* ITIL certification and/or PMP/Prince2
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
Hard Skills:
* Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux)
* Microsoft 365 administration
* Server and network infrastructure monitoring tools and principles
* ITIL / ITSM / COBIT-based infrastructure administration procedures
* Solid understanding of ICT and Information Security standards and tools
* Strong knowledge of cloud environments (Azure, AWS)
* Experience with digital identity management (Entra ID) and MDM (Intune)
* Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols
* Experience with server administration and virtualization technologies
* Strong troubleshooting capabilities
* Fluent English (written and spoken)
