Questo ruolo rappresenta un ponte tra competenze tecniche e strategia commerciale, contribuendo alla crescita del business e alla soddisfazione del cliente. /ppThis role will report to the Country Technical Manager. /ppYou can look forward to the following tasks: /pulliLead the assessment of new EPC opportunities and prepare tailored offers based on customer requirements. /liliCoordinate with engineering and procurement teams to ensure cost-effective and technically accurate quotations. /liliCollaborate with internal departments (Legal, HSE, Finance, OM) to complete tender documentation. /liliEnsure company qualification for customer tenders and manage prequalification processes. /liliConduct site visits and engage with local subcontractors to support project feasibility and pricing. /liliContinuously improve and automate the quotation process through new tools and workflows. /liliManage the full tender lifecycle from RfP/RfQ to final offer submission. /liliApply internal procedures from Gate 0 (opportunity identification) to Gate 4 (contract signature), using cost calculation tools (Co.Ca.), checklists, and formal approvals. /liliRepresent the company at industry events, fairs, and meetings to strengthen client and contractor relationships. /liliCollaborate with the Country Technical Manager and Managing Director to identify new business opportunities. /liliSupport the EPC Project Manager during final negotiation stages and post-contract handover. /liliManage new OM opportunities in coordination with the OM department, ensuring alignment with tender requirements. /li /ulpbDesirable attributes /b /pulliStrong analytical and problem-solving skills. /liliAbility to work in multidisciplinary and international teams. /liliProactive mindset and commitment to continuous improvement. /liliFamiliarity with digital tools for cost estimation and proposal management. /liliExcellent communication and interpersonal skills. /liliFluent in both Italian and English (spoken and written). /li /ulpYour energy is required /ppYou impress us with these qualifications: /pulliMaster’s degree in engineering (preferably Industrial, Electrical, Energy, Electronic, Mechanical, Civil, or Informatics). /liliMinimum 2 years of experience as an EPC Project Manager for photovoltaic projects ≥10MWp in Italy (preferably 4 years and ≥40MWp). /liliPrevious experience as Proposal Manager, Project Engineer, Engineering Manager, or in OM is considered a plus. /liliProven ability to define EPC project budgets, schedules, and resource planning. /liliExperience in customer relations and technical-commercial negotiations. /liliStrong knowledge of the Italian EPC market, IPPs, subcontractors, risks, and opportunities. /liliValid driver’s license and willingness to travel for site assessments. /li /ulpYou have more to offer?
