This role offers an excellent opportunity for an open-minded individual to work in a start-up environment with the full support of American Express and its subsidiary Loyalty Partner organization. PAYBACK is the world’s largest Loyalty Management company operating in Germany, Italy, Poland, Austria, and Mexico, engaging and rewarding 60 million customers across various industries through a robust multichannel marketing platform.

This position involves working closely with Partner Managers to develop offer strategies and planning on PAYBACK’s owned media channels, focusing on performance and ROI optimization. It also includes managing operative processes on PAYBACK’s proprietary CRM & Marketing platform to ensure high-quality delivery and improved results.

* How will you make an impact in this role?
* Analyze data and translate insights into effective offer and communication strategies.
* Present proposals directly to high-profile B2B partners, influencing their decisions and strategies.
* Execute operational tasks with excellence.
* Transform ideas into campaigns that reach millions, testing, learning, and optimizing continuously.


Minimum Qualifications

* Degree in Economics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
* 1-2 years of experience in Data Analytics and/or Digital Marketing.
* Strong communication skills in Italian and English.
* Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.


Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in sales and/or relationship management in a B2B environment.
