We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcer who will report to the Corporate Talent Acquisition Manager Italy and Switzerland as part of our dynamic team in Milan.
Your opportunity
This will be the perfect opportunity for you to explore an HR experience in the luxury setting. You will be an integral part of the Kering Corporate Talent Acquisition Centre of Expertise and you will be accountable for putting your utmost effort into the Talent Acquisition activities. You will focus on sourcing talents in Technologies and Digital in the Italian and French market and managing the relationships with candidates, hiring managers and senior recruiters in order to support and contribute to keep the process efficient and inclusive and to guarantee an excellent candidate experience.
How you will contribute
1. Actively support the Technologies & Digitalrecruiting process (i.e. create and post job requisitions, research and source candidates, carry out online and phone screening, organize the meeting with candidate for the hiring managers, facilitate applicant testing etc.)
2. Partner with the Talent Acquisition team Italy and France on recruiting Tech & Digital profiles
3. Source a diverse pool of candidates using keyword and boolean searches, networking, -direct approach
4. Schedule candidate screenings, digital interviews and participate in the interviews while ensuring an engaging candidate experience
5. Participate in the recruiting briefing meetings to collect information related to the recruiting need
6. Support in producing reports on recruiting KPIs
Who you are
7. A professional with a passion for recruiting activities, with a customer centric approach
8. A bachelors/masters graduate in business/human resources/other related field
9. Knowledgeable about recruitment processes
10. A good communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills both within the team and with external stakeholders
11. Able to set up priorities and perform under challenging deadlines, working in compliance with confidentiality and high ethical standards
12. Proactive, curious and with a positive approach
13. Proficient in MS Office (Excel and Power Point as a must)
14. Knowledgeable about Workday (people erp’s) is a plus
15. Fluent in Italian and English; French knowledge as a plus
