We are recruiting a Medical Representative, Czech Republic. Main Responsibilities: - Provide product information and deliver product samples - Travel frequently within assigned territory and visit hospitals and doctor’s offices to give presentations and educate about the Fidia’s pharmaceuticals - Attend commercial meetings, conference calls, training sessions and symposium circuits - Build positive trust relationships with ophthalmic community to influence targeted group in the decision-making process - Liaise with pharmacies in regard to Fidia’s pharmaceuticals to build numeric handling - Monitor and analyze data and market conditions to identify competitive advantage - Pursue continuous learning and professional development Requirements: - Proven work experience as a Medical Representative, cooperation with Ophthalmologists is a big advantage - Knowledge of the local ophthalmic community is advantage - Strong knowledge of CZ Pharma market - Strong time management skills - Excellent communication, negotiation and commercial skills - Highly motivated and target driven with a proven performance track record - Knowledge of MS Office - Driving license B - Fluency in Czech, at least basics in English Our offer: - Open ended contract - Company car - Salary between € 25.000 and € 30.000 Fidia benefits: In Fidia you will have unlimited access to training and coaching programs aligned with market best practices and opportunities for professional development through participation in internal job posting processes.
