PpGenerali Italia is looking for a talented Junior Risk Manager to join the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) team. /p pIn this role, you will have the opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in a dynamic and highly strategic environment, contributing to the assessment and monitoring of the company's risk profile and capital adequacy. /p pYou will work closely with different Risk Management workstreams and key stakeholders across the organization, supporting the continuous evolution of risk methodologies and processes. /p h3Key responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport the assessment and calculation of capital requirements (e.g. Solvency II framework), in close collaboration with other Risk Management teams /li liContribute to the analysis and monitoring of risk metrics, ensuring consistency and accuracy of outputs /li liSupport the preparation of documentation and reporting related to capital requirements, for both internal and regulatory purposes /li liCollaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of risk methodologies /li liContribute to the continuous improvement of risk models, processes and tools /li liSupport the team in ad‑hoc analyses and deep dives on risk‑related topics /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 pMust have: /p ul liDegree or in the process of graduating in statistical or mathematical disciplines /li liKnowledge of the Solvency II regulatory context /li liExcellent knowledge of the Office package /li liGood knowledge of the English language /li /ul pNice to have: /p ul liProgramming and database management skills (e.g. R, Matlab) /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
