Experteer Overview
In this role, you will support international export shipments from the Vignate campus within the Industrial Technologies & Services unit. You will apply corporate logistics strategies, manage export/import processes, and ensure compliance and timely deliveries. You’ll collaborate with forwarders, factories, and credit teams to control freight costs and meet deadlines. This position offers exposure to global logistics, optimization initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration to reduce risks and drive revenue recognition on time.
Retribuzione / Benefits
* Ensure shipment modes and export documents are correctly filed with forwarders and carriers, and export data is accurately reported
* Monitor shipments to guarantee on‑time delivery and compliance with Incoterms
* Manage letters of credit guidelines in coordination with credit, factory, and expiry dates
* Oversee transportation providers for performance issues and rate negotiations, aligning with customer requirements
* Analyze logistics data to identify year‑over‑year improvements and cost reduction opportunities
* Lead Daily Improvement (MDI) efforts and drive problem solving via 9‑Step and A3 projects
* Coordinate freight forwarders to meet service levels and ensure container pickups from ports to receiving and final delivery
Responsabilità
* Bachelor’s Degree in International Logistics or Supply Chain
* 5 years of experience
* Understanding of Incoterms and international trade regulations
* Strong Oracle and Microsoft Office skills (Excel advanced)
* Knowledge of Lean concepts and Opex execution (9 steps, A3s, RIEs, MDI)
