Junior Controller
to join the company’s
Controlling
Department, reporting directly to the
Head of Group Controlling .
Roles & Responsibilities Collect and analyze economic, financial, and management data to monitor business performance; Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and business plans; Take part in the monthly closing process, supporting the preparation of monthly and quarterly Consolidated Group Reporting and periodic reports for management and internal stakeholders; Collaborate with subsidiaries for data collection and reconciliations; Assist in the preparation of key financial reports and compliance checks when required; Conduct variance analyses between actuals, budget, and forecasts; Analyze the financial performance of different Business Units and Countries; Provide support to various Business Units in controlling activities (Project Controlling); Support the preparation of periodic reports, KPIs, and ad hoc analyses for Top Management, aimed at monitoring performance, optimizing costs, and improving operational efficiency.
Requirements & Skills Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Management/Industrial Engineering; 1–2 years of experience in Accounting and/or Controlling; Excellent knowledge of Excel and the Microsoft Office suite; Excellent command of English, both written and spoken; Basic knowledge of ERP and BI tools is considered a plus; Strong analytical mindset, structured approach, and results-driven mindset; Ability to meet deadlines and strong problem-solving skills; Team-oriented attitude and excellent communication skills;
