Here below your responsibilities:
End-to-end management of recruitment processes for technical and corporate profiles, from defining requirements and sourcing to offer negotiation and closing.Collaboration with hiring managers to define needs and ideal profilesPosting job ads and screening resumesSourcing passive candidates through various channels and activitiesConducting selection interviews (phone, video, and in-person)Advocating for and driving a diverse and inclusive recruitment strategyManaging relationships with recruiting agencies and other external stakeholdersContributing to the development of employer branding and talent attraction initiativesSupporting the organization and management of Employer Branding and Talent Attraction initiativesUpdating and monitoring recruitment data using digital toolsManaging the onboarding process.Education: Degree in Psychology, Economics or related disciplines;Experience: 3-5 years in an HR role;Languages: Excellent knowledge of English;Analytical Skills: Strong ability to process, understand, and interpret data and information;
