PpBringing Quality and Safety to Life. /p pIntertek, an international leader in ATIC services (Assurance, Testing, Inspection and Certification), is looking for an Inside Sales Specialist to join the Italian Industry Services team. /p pThe role has a key function in supporting business growth, contributing to new client acquisition, strengthening existing relationships and achieving sales targets. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liPrepare and manage commercial offers for technical services, ensuring accuracy, quality and timely delivery /li liHandle leads, potential customers and business opportunities in line with the commercial strategy and action plans /li liPlan and organize activities to reach sales objectives, balancing outbound calls, lead conversion, pipeline management, quote dispatch and contract closing /li liConduct research and qualification of contacts, identifying key stakeholders and generating interest in Intertek services /li liExpand the professional network internally and externally to the organization /li liMaintain up-to-date and accurate data in the company CRM, proactively managing commercial information and related activities /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul li2-3 years experience in back‑office commercial roles or inside sales, preferably in B2B industrial or technical settings /li liGood knowledge of sales processes and proven track record of hitting commercial targets /li liSecondary school diploma; a degree in economics, engineering or language fields is preferred /li liProficiency in MS Office and, preferably, CRM systems (Dynamics, Salesforce or similar) /li liExcellent written and spoken Italian and English; French knowledge is a plus /li liExcellent communication and negotiation skills, proactive in gathering information and managing contacts /li liOrganised, methodical and motivated, with strong teamwork orientation and results focus /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 pLocation: Cernusco sul Naviglio (MI) (MM2 Villa Fiorita) /p pPrimarily back‑office activities, with the possibility of up to 50% smart working after the onboarding and training period. /p pOccasional business travel to clients, trade fairs or industry events. /p h3Equal Opportunity Statement /h3 pAt Intertek we are committed to creating an inclusive and diverse working environment, based on a culture of respect and the appreciation of diversity in all its forms. /p pIl presente annuncio è rivolto a candidati ambosessi (L.903/77 - D.Lgs. n. 198/2006). /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
