OXBO are seeking a motivated Italy-qualified Avvocato (0–2 years PQE) to join a growing legal team in within an established Solar & BESS Developer, owner and operator in Rome.
The role will support the development, construction and operation of utility-scale solar PV projects across Italy.
This is an excellent opportunity for a junior lawyer looking to build sector expertise within a dynamic renewable energy platform.
Key Responsibilities
* Support legal due diligence on solar PV development projects
* Draft and review:
* Land agreements (option agreements, leases, superficies rights)
* EPC and O&M contracts
* Grid connection agreements
* NDAs and corporate documentation
* Assist with permitting and regulatory matters
* Support M&A transactions (asset acquisitions / SPVs)
* Liaise with external counsel and notaries
* Provide internal legal support to development and engineering teams
Requirements
* Qualified Avvocato registered with an Italian Bar Association
* 0–2 years PQE
* Experience in:
* Energy law (Solar or other renewables)
* Strong understanding of Italian contract law
* Fluent Italian and professional English
* Commercial mindset and xjrgpwk ability to work cross-functionally
Desirable
* Exposure to project finance documentation
* Experience within an IPP, developer, or international law firm
