Job Title: Assistant Program Manager Organization: County Clothing Center Employment Type: Full-Time, 40 Hours/Week Salary: $35,000/Year GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES: Assists the Program Manager in overseeing all aspects of the County Clothing Center. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Collaborate with the County Clothing Center Board to promote the mission of the center under the supervision of the Program Manager. Identify and secure funding opportunities under the supervision of the Program Manager. Maintain relationships with church communities and service organizations to support and recruit volunteers. Gather resources for the County Clothing Center under the supervision of the Program Manager. Distribute excess materials to various missions. Supervise and train all volunteer groups and individuals, with updates provided annually. Provide statistical reports to funding sources and other relevant entities. Ensure compliance with agency policies, COA regulations, federal and state requirements, and educational/certification/registry standards. Perform other duties as required. REQUIREMENTS: QUALIFICATIONS: Strong organizational skills, including familiarity with community resources and networking. Ability to speak publicly on behalf of the program. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and public relations abilities. Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently. Proficiency with copiers, fax machines, and computers. Ability to relate well with individuals from diverse backgrounds, including different economic and social walks of life. Valid Ohio Driver’s License and ability to meet agency requirements for driving insurability.
