The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing the internal projects in terms of industrialization activities across all company sites.
Reporting to the Industrialization Manager the job holder will be accountable for:
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
To support Industrialization Manager in case of pre-feasibility study of project/process (risk evaluation)
To perform feasibility trials of new process/technology, in cooperation with R&D and Innovation Dept.
To lead the technical transfer of productions/technology among Chromavis production sites.
To plan and perform industrial trials for feasibility verification, by providing feedback to Industrialization Manager. The resource must be able to use the equipment/tooling related to powders (compact powders machines, injection machines)
To create technical reports and adjust or implement the draft documentation as the result of industrial trials.
To support Industrialization Team during customer brief risk assessment.
To identify and anticipate technical limits for each txt/technology.
Interfacing with external suppliers involved in the various project activities, to ensure compliance with established methods and times.
Working closely with Production Department and cross-functional Teams related to product development (Project Manager, Supply chain, Innovation, R&D formulations, R&D packaging, Tech Transfer, Quality)
Skills required
In-depth knowledge and operational ability in the use of industrial/technological systems is required, long working experience in a similar job will be required.
2-4 year working experience in industrialization preferably in cosmetics companies.
Good written and spoken English, an additional language will be a plus.
IT knowledge: SOP, IT tools expertise, Office package
Good knowledge of cosmetic products and equipment/tooling.
Advanced knowledge of manufacturing processes/industry practices
Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
Good communication skills
